iFAMILY

Adam and Jessica,

Thanks for meeting with Laura and I on Monday.  I have attached pictures of two different areas we are considering.  One is the News Conference Room.  This room would be a  used as an additional set for all shows and segments produced at KUTV and still needs to be able to function as a conference room.  Jennifer Dahl is the News Director and she had suggested maybe having the side with the white board be a "working area," a place that iFAMILY would craft our projects (which could also double as a conference area).  The other wall by the door would be more of a lounge area for discussions.  The dimensions are roughly 10' wide x 15' long.  There are windows on both sides, one goes out to the hallway to our news set and the other, outside.  The large window that shows outside is about 10 1/2' by width and length.  This window would need some sort of window treatment so when we're filming, no matter what time of day, it wouldn't affect the lighting.  One additional thing to note is we would need the use of the white board so this would somehow need to be incorporated in the design somehow.

The other area is very large, what we call, Studio B.  The white walls are roughly 20' in length by 15' in width and we would build a temporary wall to put our set in front of.  This would have the same function of course, and still be available to be used by all newscasts and segments.  I believe we could combine sets here with a seating area for up to 3 people (us and a guest) and a table we could either have in the background or move on and off the set as needed.

If you have any additional questions, would like to see the rooms yourself, or would like to set up a meeting with Jennifer Dahl to have any further discussions please email or call me (801) 830-0293.

It was nice meeting you and seeing your beautiful store.  Good luck on the Parade of Homes and have a great weekend!
